Nature of the work
Our written notes and discussions are informational and analytical. They are not personalised regulated investment advice, an invitation to deal, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. You remain responsible for your own investment decisions and for obtaining regulated advice where required.

Intellectual property
Text, design, and materials on this site are owned by System Engine Point or used under licence. You may not copy, redistribute, or adapt them for commercial use without prior written consent. Screening notes delivered to clients remain confidential to that engagement; clients may use them for their own decision-making but may not republish them as marketing material.
Client engagements
Fees, scope, and timelines are confirmed in writing before paid work begins. You agree to provide accurate lists and constraints. Delays in supplying materials may extend delivery dates.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law of England and Wales, System Engine Point is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for investment losses arising from decisions you make after reading our notes. Our aggregate liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where liability cannot be limited by law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious content through forms, or use the site in any way that is unlawful in the United Kingdom.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
