Review
Equity screening review
A structured pass through a candidate universe or existing equity list, ending in a clear keep / review / remove note.
Format: Briefing call, desk work, written screening note
Typical duration: Usually 5–8 working days from a confirmed brief
Fees: From £1,850 per screening engagement
Delivery: London meetings or remote video across the UK
Who this is for
Private investors, family-office staff, and independent advisers who hold — or are building — a list of UK and international equities and want a second pair of eyes before the next rebalance.
What you receive
- A documented screening frame agreed at the outset (quality, balance-sheet, valuation, and liquidity thresholds that fit your mandate)
- Name-by-name commentary for the agreed universe (typically up to 40 equities)
- A keep / deepen / remove classification with the reasoning attached
- A short call to walk through contested names
What is not included
We do not place trades, manage discretionary portfolios, or provide personalised regulated investment advice under the Financial Services and Markets Act. Our work is analytical commentary on equities you nominate. Tax advice and product recommendations sit outside this engagement.
How it runs
- Intake — You share the list, any hard constraints (sector caps, geography, ESG exclusions), and the decision you need to make.
- Frame — We confirm the screening criteria in writing so the bar is visible before any names are judged.
- Pass — We work through filings, peer multiples, and recent operating results against that frame.
- Note — You receive the written screening note, then a scheduled discussion on the borderline cases.
Preparation
Send a clean list (ticker, market, approximate weight if held) and any prior research you trust. Incomplete tickers slow the desk; we will ask for clarification rather than guess.
Next step
Request a screening review with the approximate size of your universe. We reply within one business day with timing and a fee confirmation.
