The method is deliberately plain. Fancy labels do not replace reading the accounts. What follows is the sequence behind our equity screening review and related work.

01

Intake

You send the universe or watchlist, any hard constraints, and the decision hanging over the list. We clarify tickers, markets, and what “done” looks like before the clock starts.

02

Frame

Together we fix the screening bar: quality thresholds, leverage limits, valuation sanity bands, and liquidity floors. The frame is written down so later disagreements refer to criteria, not mood.

03

Pass

Each equity is read against the frame using filings, peer context, and recent operating results. Borderline names are marked early rather than forced into a false certainty.

04

Note

You receive a keep / deepen / remove classification with concise reasoning. The note is built for decision meetings, not for filling a binder.

05

Discussion

A scheduled call covers contested names only. If the frame itself needs adjusting for a future pass, we record that before closing the engagement.

What we refuse to do

We do not reverse-engineer a “buy” list from a marketing narrative. We do not score equities with a secret proprietary formula you cannot inspect. If a name fails the agreed frame, it fails — even when the story is fashionable.
